Please read these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using the [oceancleaningequipment.com] website (the “Site”) operated by Ocean Cleaning Equipment (“us,” “we,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Site.

Eligibility: By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this Site. Modifications: We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

However, we do not guarantee that the colors, information, or other product details will be accurate, complete, reliable, current, or free of error. Pricing: Our product prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue a product or service without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of a product or service. Limitation of Quantity: We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.

Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. Account Accuracy: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and payment details, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. Taxes and Fees: You are responsible for all taxes, duties, and fees associated with the purchase of goods or services from the Site.  

4. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss

Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for items purchased from us passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier. International Orders: For international shipments, you are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or other fees incurred upon arrival.

Warranties: Product warranties, if any, are provided by the manufacturer and are subject to their specific terms. We do not provide additional product warranties beyond those explicitly stated.

These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Dubai, UAE.
